Get ready to rock and bowl! The wildly popular Brooklyn Bowl franchise celebrated the opening of its newest location in Philadelphia recently with a three day grand opening celebration. Jam band Soullive was on hand for all three nights with special guest George Porter Jr. of The Meters. Questlove kicked off opening night by bringing his Bowl Train party which originated years ago at the Brooklyn location home for one night in Philadelphia. Fans were also treated to hear him on drums when he sat in with Soullive on a few songs before his DJ set. Those that just came to light up the bowling lanes didn’t have to miss one beat of live music because the sounds of the night filled the air on each level.
